David
owner/director/mechanic
Before starting Blue Flame Automotive, David started his apprentice at ARB at the age of 15. Then went to Hunter Valley coal mines as a mechanic working on everything from plant mechanical to light vehicles for over a decade he has seen the harshest conditions you can throw at a 4x4 or truck. Then moved to Sydney for a sea change and met his partner Samyra at this time. He was working for a small mechanical workshop in Dee Why for around 3 years. Then he started Blue Flame Automotive in 2017 starting in a small workshop that could only fit 1 hoist. Since then he has moved workshops 3 times to where we are now in North Narrabeen. He is always looking at making Blue Flame Automotive grow and expending into other areas in the near future. David has a small farm around 3 hours from Sydney he ventures off to most weekends when he can. David has recently moved to Terrigal on the Central Coast NSW with his partner Samyra & his 2 young boys Harley & Hunter.
BRENDEN
ManageR/mechanic central coast
Brenden started his apprenticeship in 2008 at a local Honda dealership. Then in 2015 moved to a local small workshop, working on anything from small truck to passenger vehicles. Then moved to Blue Flame Automotive in late 2019. Brenden is passionate about anything 4x4 or motorbikes owning several 4x4s over the years. He recently has bought a house and relocated to the Central Coast with his partner Emma and his 2 young sons Liam and Dylan.
Daniel
mechanic central coast
Daniel started his apprenticeship in 2013 at a local 4x4 mechanical shop. Then came to Blue Flame automotive in the middle of 2019. Daniel is passionate about anything 4x4 or camping. Daniel has recently purchased a 2021 Toyota Hilux and has fitted a 2 inch lift kit and 33inch tyres, ready to go exploring with his young kids.
Hayden
mechanic central coast
Hayden started his apprenticeship in 2009 at an Audi dealership. Then in 2017 he moved to the Central Coast NSW and found a job at NRMA Gosford. Then in 2020 he moved to a local 4x4 Mechanical & Accessory shop doing all things 4x4. In 2023 he then moved to Blue Flame Automotive. He Enjoys all things outdoors, 4x4ing, Dirtbikes and camping. He recently purchased a S4 patrol wagon which is has some exciting plans for in the near future.
william
manager/mechanic narrabeen
William started his apprenticeship at a Toyota/ Mitsubishi dealership in 2016, then came to Blue Flame Automotive at the end of 2020. As a young fella he was very passionate about motorsports. Racing go karts from a young age to his late teens. Recently William got himself into the property market and is also currently converting his 3l series 4 Nissan Patrol with a 6BT Cummins 5.9 turbo diesel engine.
Kyle

Kyle started his apprenticeship course in Western Australia, he moved to Sydney working in a local mechanic workshop where he started and finished his apprenticeship. He came to Blue Flame Automotive at the start of 2022 looking to expand his knowledge on 4x4 vehicles. Kyle is passionate about touring in his 80 series Landcruiser and is building it to get ready to travel around Australia.
william (nugget)

Nugget started his apprenticeship at Blue Flame Automotive after finishing year 12. He grew up around motorsport from circuit racing to rallying at a young age and has been keen on anything with wheels ever since. He is passionate about 4wd's, camping and hard 4x4 wheeling. In the near future he plans on building a GQ Patrol td42 coil cab ute with plans for it being a 4 link rear suspension setup.
CHARLIE
MECHANIC NARRABEEN
Charlie started his apprenticeship in 2016 working in a small mechanical workshop local to the Northern Beaches, doing servicing and repairs on anything from various classic vehicles, right up to your modern day 4x4’s. Charlie came to Blueflame Automotive at the end of 2022. Charlie owns an LN106 and is very passionate about camping, 4x4ing, his Blues, Jazz, rock and roll, and learning as many new skills as he can.
BEAU
SALES MANAGER CENTRAL COAST
Beau started his automotive career in 2016 at an Isuzu ute dealership as a salesman in Heaterbrae before moving to Isuzu Ute in Gosford. In 2017 Beau then moved into the service department for Isuzu Ute, Nissan and Mercedes-Benz. Beau then moved into the 4wd accessory world as a sales manager for the local Opposite Lock store. He Recently moved to Blue Flame Automotive as a Sales manager located at our Central Coast store. Beau is passionate about anything with an engine, But also camping, hiking and 4wding. Growing up on the Central Coast he has recently bought a house in Swansea with his partner Lauren.
